Shipping and Delivery
IMPORTANT: Marc O'Polo uses the billing address to identify you as a customer and performs a credit check if necessary to avoid non-payment. It is therefore important that you always provide us with your personal, private address, even if you have the goods sent to your workplace, for example.
If you do not specify a different delivery address, the billing address corresponds to the delivery address.
If you would like to have goods delivered to your workplace, to relatives, friends or neighbours, please enter the address in the appropriate space. Marc O'Polo, will use this delivery address only for shipping and not for credit checks or for marketing purposes.
Within Germany, it is possible to have orders delivered to a Hermes package shop or a DHL package station. During the ordering process, please click on the appropriate icon and enter your exact postal code - then select the desired Hermes package shop or DHL packing station.
You can have goods delivered in Germany by either Hermes Versand or DHL. You can select the shipping company during the ordering process.
No matter which shipping company you choose for the delivery in Germany, you can still return the goods via either of the shipping companies. The relevant order documents are enclosed with the delivery.
Deliveries to Austria and the Netherlands are handled by GLS.
Deliveries to Sweden are handled by DHL express
The minimum order from our online shop is 300 SEK.
The shipping cost for shipping to Sweden is 70 SEK. The shipping costs for all countries apply irrespective of the order amount and payment method.
The Marc O'Polo Online Shop will generally ship your order within Sweden within 3-6 business days if your order is received between Monday and Friday before 2:00 PM.
The Marc O'Polo Online Shop will inform you by email when the order has been received and when it has been successfully processed.
