This is reflected in the human resources division: for Marc O'Polo, our employees are the most important, most valuable, and most sensitive company resource. It is important to invest early in company-own training, promote existing talent, and present the company properly on the labour market.

Marc O'Polo provides many kinds of training: in addition to training in wholesale and retail we cooperate with the textile trade academy LDT in Nagold and the vocational academies in Ravensburg and Villingen-Schwenningen.

At the Marc O'Polo Academy, Marc O'Polo offers its personnel an assortment of all available seminars and coaching options so that employees and their respective managers can get an overview of all training opportunities and be able to select the appropriate training when needed. Customized acquisition of know-how advances not only the individual but the company as well.

Opportunities can be grasped only if the required know-how is available.

Any measures for professional or personal development and the achievement of the goals set are discussed with all personnel in the annual employee talks between the individual employee and his supervisor.

Marc O'Polo launched the MOP Family project for mothers and fathers. In this project, Marc O'Polo aims to increase the compatibility of family and career and offers female employees in particular the opportunity to ensure and promote their professional development.
