Marc O'Polo intends to ensure maximum sustainability for the complete life cycle of all their products. Increasingly, organic material is used to focus on this project.
The subject of Modern Organic Products becomes more and more important and is also further extended at Marc O'Polo as an individual product line. Marc O'Polo offers products which are fully or partially made of organic cotton, organic wool or organic linen. The Modern Organic Products range includes Modern Casual Line Shirts, knitted products, Denim, trousers, skirts, dresses, accessories and blouses or shirts.
Among others, the production of natural fabrics is subject to the following conditions: biological pest control is allowed only.

Their culture is subject to crop rotation. The use of genetically modified plants and synthetic fertilizers is prohibited. For harvest, no defoliants are used. As far as organic wool is concerned, strict regulations on the keeping of animals, feeding of drugs and synthetic pesticides are applied.
For several years, Marc O'Polo has successfully cooperated with REMEI AG for the 100% Organic Cotton segment.
REMEI AG coordinates, supervises and communicates - from culture to shipment - the complete textile production chain. REMEI AG and nearly all their suppliers are certified according to the social standard SA 8000.
Moreover, to further guarantee the application of social standards, constant improvements and checks are carried out.
The farmers are paid a fair price for the cotton supplied, plus additional contributions in order to improve their standard of living.
The Modern Organic Product range is meant to further highlight the ecological awareness and the ethic responsibility of the brand.
So Marc O'Polo consequently stands by its roots.
