TEXTILE EXPERTISE WITH TRADITION

In Chennai, South India – just 30 minutes from the international airport – you’ll find White House, a company with a long history and high ambitions. Founded in 1962 as a retail business, White House began its own production in 1988. Today, the company operates six factories and employs around 4,000 people*.
A particular source of pride is its vertically integrated processes: from knitting, dyeing, and finishing to printing and embroidery, all the way through to garment manufacturing and washing – everything takes place in its own facilities. In doing so, White House relies on forward-looking methods.
For White House, ecological sustainability is a non-negotiable responsibility. Its commitment includes measures such as eliminating hazardous chemicals and coal-related greenhouse gas emissions, water conservation projects, the use of renewable energy sources, and resource recycling. These efforts have helped White House reduce its carbon footprint by more than 88%.
