Sleeveless Bubble Bouclé Cardigan, Regular Fit made from a cotton-new wool-viscose blend in gray
Bouclé is an irregular, crimped yarn with many small knots and loops. That might sound chaotic at first, but the result looks very elegant. Combined with the distinctive bubble stitch pattern and a relaxed fit, this creates a unique statement piece: the sleeveless, collarless DENIM cardigan by Marc O’Polo with a full-length button placket. The sleeve cuffs and hem feature ribbed knitted cuffs and rolled edges. A high-quality, soft blend of organic cotton, virgin wool, and viscose was used for the yarn. “Fully Fashioned” is the most commonly used method in the production of knitwear and means “knitted to shape.” In this process, the shape of the pattern pieces is programmed and knitted directly, piece by piece. The shape is created by increasing and decreasing stitches. The individual pieces are then sewn together. Since this process does not require any cutting, it falls under zero-waste production.
