Oversized Bubble Bouclé Cardigan made from a cotton-new wool-viscose blend

Bouclé is an irregular, crimped yarn featuring many small knots and loops. That might sound chaotic at first, but the result looks incredibly elegant. Combined with the distinctive bubble stitch pattern and a relaxed fit, the result is a unique statement piece: the super-casual cardigan from Marc O’Polo DENIM with a high, ribbed stand-up collar and a full-length button placket. The sleeve cuffs and hem are finished with wide ribbed cuffs. The yarn blend consists of a high-quality, soft mix of organic cotton, virgin wool, and viscose. “Fully Fashioned” is the most common method used in the production of knitwear and means “knitted to shape.” In this process, the shape of the pattern pieces is programmed and knitted directly, piece by piece. The shape is created by increasing and decreasing stitches. The individual pieces are then sewn together. Since the process does not require any cutting, it falls under zero-waste production.
