How does the return process work if my order was shipped in multiple packages?

If you have received several parcels with the same order number, you can use the returns portal for this order number several times in succession. Please register each parcel individually for return.

If you have received several parcels with different order numbers, please also return the parcels individually. This is the only way we can process your return correctly.

How do I get a second return label?

You can use the returns portal multiple times if you wish to return several parcels.

Please note: Register each parcel one after the other and individually in order to receive a separate label for each one.

What is the difference between a return and a withdrawal?

A withdrawal means cancelling the purchase contract and is possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. A withdrawal always applies to the entire order. In addition to submitting the withdrawal declaration, the return must be registered and the goods returned. A return can be registered within 30 days of receiving the goods, either for individual items or the entire order. If you wish to return individual items or a complete order, a return is sufficient and the easiest option.

How does a withdrawal work?

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form on this page and provide your order number. You will then receive an automatic confirmation email. Please note: As our orders are processed and shipped quickly, a return registration is also required. Once you have received the goods, please register your return via the returns portal and send the items back to us.
The refund will be issued after we receive the returned goods. The purchase amount and standard delivery costs will be refunded. Additional costs resulting from the selection of a different delivery method are excluded.

Can I withdraw individual items?

For individual items, we recommend a standard return. Simply select the items you wish to return when registering your return and send them back to us. A withdrawal generally applies to the entire purchase contract or the complete order.

Size advisor & SAIZ

Where can I find the SAIZ size advisor?

SAIZ is a tool with which you can determine your suitable size for the respective product category.

This will then be suggested to you on the product page.

Click on "Find your size" above the size selection to open the window for SAIZ.

How does SAIZ work?

SAIZ uses your details for precise size calculations and compares them with exact article dimensions.

Once entered, you will receive the recommended size directly on product pages.

Why is SAIZ sometimes not displayed?

The size advisor requires the acceptance of personalization cookies.

Some items, such as accessories or Marc O'Polo Junior products, are excluded from the size advisor.

Do I have to enter my data again for every purchase if I want to use the SAIZ size advisor?

Your data will be saved in our size advisor to automatically show you a recommended size for the next product in the corresponding category (tops, pants, etc.).

Where does the name Marc O'Polo come from?

Marc O'Polo was founded in Stockholm in 1967 by Swedes Rolf Lind and Göte Huss and American Jerry O. Sheets. They named the company after a legendary Venetian explorer: Marco Polo. A hand-woven patchwork shirt made from Indian cotton was the first item in the three founders' collection. The motif of the first advertising campaign – a strawberry – caused an international sensation. Just one year later, the company made the leap into the German market.
