Becri is located in Barcelos, in the north of Portugal – just 30 minutes from Porto Airport. Since its founding in 1983 by António José Costa, a passionate tailor and volunteer firefighter, everything here has revolved around quality and strong togetherness.

Today, the state-of-the-art company produces around 3.6 million pieces per year – among them for Marc O’Polo. Sustainable growth, smart processes, and the well-being of its employees are the key priorities. Each year, Becri measures its environmental and resource impact using the Higg Facility Environmental Module (Higg FEM), deriving strategies and actions from it to ensure continuous ecological improvement.
