What can I do if I have difficulties logging into the returns portal?

Please check whether:

  • the correct order number and e-mail address have been entered

  • the order number and e-mail address have been entered in the corresponding field

  • the returns deadline has already expired

If you still have difficulties, please contact our customer service.

What can I do if the returns period has already expired?

Please note that the returns period is 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return items beyond this.

How do returns work if my order was sent in several parcels?

Multiple parcels - same order number: You can use the returns portal for the same order number several times in succession if you want to return several parcels. 
Important: Please select the items from the first parcel first, then the remaining items.  If there is enough space, you can combine several consignments with the same order number in one parcel. 

Different orders: Please send them back individually, this is the only way we can process the return.

How can I return an item from the online shop?

You can return unworn items to us free of charge within 30 days of receiving the goods. Goods purchased in the Marc O'Polo online shop can only be returned in the online shop.


As sustainability is a fundamental principle for Marc O'Polo, we will soon be doing away with paper return slips.
Please enter your e-mail address and order number and select the individual items with the corresponding quantity that you would like to return.

We will then send you a digital QR code. Show this when you hand in the parcel.
Alternatively, you can also create a returns label to print out and attach to your parcel. You can then take the parcel to a drop-off point or a post office.


Don't forget to ask for the proof of posting for the return.


If a return label was still enclosed with your order, you can also initiate the return via our returns portal and receive a new label, for example in the form of a QR code.

How do I get a refund for returned goods?

Credit card:
If you pay by credit card, the amount will be credited to your credit card account.

PayPal:
If you use PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

How can I check on the status of a return?

Generally, a return can take up to 10 work days to process.

As soon as we have received the return, you will be informed via email.

If you do not receive an email not after a reasonable timespan, please track your package by entering the tracking number, or alternatively, contact our Customer Service.
